Creators are vetted, tested and trained before client assignments. Every tier follows the same standards for preparation, communication and quality. Equipment, crew size and deliverables change with the project.

Choose the time, setup and deliverables you need. Monthly plans use scheduled production and clear editing limits. One-time options let you start with a smaller project. Every quote states what is included and any extra costs.

Creator tiers describe the crew and equipment. Essential, Growth and Signature combine a creator session with monthly edited content. Presence, Momentum and Campaign are editing-only plans. Starter, Weekly and Studio are podcast editing plans.

For regular filming and finished content, compare memberships. For a single job, choose video, photos, photo + video or event coverage. If you have recordings, choose editing only.

All confirmations happen by email. We confirm the creator or crew, deliverables, location, date, turnaround, total price and payment terms. A request does not reserve a slot or take payment. Your booking is confirmed after you accept the written scope and complete the required payment steps.

Yes. Select Earliest available or leave the preferred date blank. We check the crew and editing schedule, then confirm by email. Same-day availability and rush delivery are subject to confirmation.

Creator sessions serve Toronto, Scarborough, Durham and the GTA. Editing is remote. Starting prices cover the listed scope at one agreed location. Travel, parking, permits, rentals and extra locations are confirmed in your quote.

Hourly filming prices are based on the minimum session: Smartphone is $174.50/hour for two hours ($349 + tax), Professional is $249.50/hour for two hours ($499 + tax), and Cinema is $487.25/hour for four hours ($1,949 + tax). Cinema includes both operators and the listed audio setup. Session time includes setup and pack-down. Finished edits are separate. Longer sessions and extra requirements are quoted by email before booking.

The listed prices are starting rates for the scope shown, in CAD plus applicable tax. Extra hours, locations, crew, equipment or edits change the total. We confirm all costs by email before booking. Previously accepted written quotes keep their agreed scope and price.

Contact us by email as soon as possible. The accepted quote sets out payment, cancellation and rescheduling conditions. Any date change is subject to creator availability.

Smartphone and Professional start at two hours with one creator. Cinema starts at four hours with a lead and second camera operator. All include the agreed setup and delivery of usable footage. Session time includes setup and pack-down; the shot list is planned around the remaining capture time. Finished edits and photography are separate unless listed.

Yes, by alternating between them. Photo + video capture includes 20 edited photos and selected unedited clips from one two-hour session. The Content session adds four finished 30–60-second videos. A single creator cannot photograph and film every moment simultaneously. Dedicated simultaneous coverage requires an additional crew quote.

The Cinema crew, Signature membership and Event production include two camera operators, two cameras, suitable microphones for the agreed setup, an audio recorder and monitoring. A venue feed is used only when available and compatible. This is recording audio, not a PA system, live mixing or a separate sound engineer. Complex sound, livestreaming and more cameras are quoted separately.

Event photos: three hours, one photographer and 60 edited photos. Event photo + video: three hours, one hybrid creator, 40 photos and one 60-second highlight. Event production: four hours, two operators, audio setup, 60 photos, one 90-second recap, two 30–60-second clips derived from approved material, and one edited speech up to 60 minutes. One room and one agreed location. Setup and pack-down use the booked time. Photos are scheduled around two-camera video segments; a dedicated simultaneous photographer is extra.

Selection, exposure, colour and crop adjustments. Portrait and content sessions include 20 images; membership and event image counts are shown in their tables. Detailed skin retouching, background replacement, compositing and additional photos are quoted separately. Smartphone photos are intended for social use.

Studio hire, permits, parking, additional travel, extra locations, props, styling, paid talent, drone work, additional operators and specialist equipment. Filming-only rates exclude finished video edits. Extra work is agreed before it starts.

A $49 prepared clip uses a timestamp or clip you select from approved material. A $119 short video includes selecting moments from up to five minutes of organised footage on one topic. Both are 30–60 seconds in one vertical format, with basic colour/audio, captions and one revision. New scripting, animation or a search through long recordings is separate.

We confirm delivery dates by email before booking. Standard targets after complete footage and direction reach a booked slot: short-video first cuts in 2–3 business days per agreed batch; podcast first cuts in two business days, with clips within two business days of episode approval; photos and event recaps in 5–7 business days. Large batches are staged. Feedback time, transfers, weekends and holidays are excluded. Rush work needs a separate confirmation.

One consolidated round per video delivery or agreed batch. Send feedback together. Corrections to errors against the approved brief do not consume the creative revision. New direction, extra versions and further revisions are quoted.

Up to 60 minutes of recording and final runtime per episode, two cameras, two clean audio sources and 150 GB of media. Includes sync, multicam cuts, basic colour/audio, supplied intro/outro, MP4/MP3 exports and one revision. Monthly plans include show-cover/thumbnail-template setup and the listed thumbnails. Clips are 30–60 seconds from supplied timestamps or approved selections. A fifth weekly episode needs an extra credit.

From $449 for one video up to 30 seconds, using supplied footage and one approved concept. Includes basic captions, branding and one revision. Script development, media buying, new production and additional variations are quoted.

Posting, social account management, ad spend, media buying, extensive scripting and custom animation are separate unless the written quote includes them.

Share a secure link with organised recordings, brand assets and your direction. We confirm access and scope before starting. Your editor receives the agreed source limit and delivery schedule.

Essential: one two-hour smartphone session, four short videos and ten smartphone photos monthly. Growth: one four-hour professional session, eight short videos and twenty camera photos monthly. Signature: one four-hour two-operator cinema session with audio, twelve short videos and thirty camera photos monthly. Each uses one location. Photos and video segments are scheduled within the same session. All include guided onboarding, a planning call and one revision per delivery.

Presence includes four short videos for $399/month. Momentum includes eight for $749/month. Campaign includes twelve for $1,049/month. All include onboarding, captions, brand styling and one revision. Momentum and Campaign add a 30-minute monthly planning call. You provide the footage. Filming, ad variations and in-person training are separate.

Three months initially, paid monthly in advance. Plans then continue monthly with 30 days’ written notice to end or downgrade. Monthly deliverables and sessions do not roll over. Schedule shoots and submit footage within the agreed service month. If Creator One causes a delay, affected work is rescheduled or credited by agreement. Existing signed agreements retain their terms.

Choose Essential, Growth or Signature for a creator session and editing together. Or add a one-time filming session to an editing-only plan. The editing-only and podcast plans do not include filming.

Every membership includes guided onboarding. Signature and Studio also include one 60-minute filming-guidance session during the initial three-month term in Toronto, Scarborough or Durham. Additional travel is quoted. Equipment purchases, podcast setups and team training are separate.

With an active paid content or social-editing plan, an extra short video is $79. Podcast extra episodes are $219 Starter, $209 Weekly or $199 Studio; a prepared podcast clip is $39. Episode extras exclude thumbnails. Extra work requires capacity confirmation and advance payment. Purchased extras expire after 60 days, retain their purchased scope, and cannot be exchanged between service types. No automatic overages.

The entrepreneur community available to editing members. Creative support and introductions depend on availability. Credits are not cash.

Yes. Choose a one-time session or edit. Membership pricing applies to the initial three-month commitment. There is no membership requirement for one-time services.
